Q: How do I become a Member of KUAF?
A: It is easy! You may make a gift online by clicking here or you may send a check or money order payable to:
9 S School Avenue
Fayetteville, AR 72701
Q: What is the cost of a KUAF Membership?
A: Being a “member” of KUAF means that you have chosen to support us financially. The amount you chose to contribute is entirely up to you! We believe that every donor and every gift matters, therefore we have no minimum membership level. Many of our listeners find that $50 is a great first time gift. Others choose to support us with a monthly donation of $5, $10, or $15. Whatever amount you choose, know that you are appreciated!
Donors who give $1,000 or more to KUAF annually are considered NPR Society members and receive invitations to special events throughout the year.
Q: Why do I not get a tote bag?
A: Tote bags are great aren’t they? We have nothing against tote bags or, for that matter, coffee mugs, calendars, or T-shirts. We know that many public radio stations offer these items in exchange for your donations. We are a little different. We know that you work hard for your money and we, in turn, work hard for you. So instead of using your money to buy and ship you a coffee mug, we put it all toward our operating and program budget. However, if you would like to come and see us we are happy to give you a tour of the station and offer you a cup of coffee.
If you would still like a tote bag, the NPR shop has a great selection. Visit shop.npr.org
Q: Can I give through my checking account?
Q: Does KUAF share or sell my information?
A: Protecting the privacy of our donors is important to us. The license for KUAF 91.3 FM is owned by the University of Arkansas. Gifts to KUAF will appear on your credit card statement as University of Arkansas Foundation/KUAF. All donations made to KUAF are used for KUAF and KUAF only.
Neither KUAF nor the foundation shares or sells information about its donors with other groups or organizations. In addition we will never read your name on the air without your permission.
